ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a skilled Legacy Creator to fill an Independent Contractor position.
As a Legacy Creator, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling template-based order requests for Photo Books and Video Tributes primarily, and possibly Personalized Stationery items, within a 12-hour timeframe or less. This deadline is set to meet the unique needs of our clients and their expectations for prompt deliverables.
Our products play a crucial role as grieving tools, aiding families on their journey through grief. Our service model, centered on "we do it for you", streamlines the process for funeral homes, ensuring families receive these meaningful creations promptly. Our commitment includes sending Photo Books for printing and electronic availability within 24 hours, while Stationery and Videos are uploaded on time, allowing for accessibility prior to visitation (within 12 to 24 hours)
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Workflow Management:
- Utilize the existing fulfillment process, ensuring real-time updates on workflow status.
- Fulfill assigned orders promptly, within a 12-hour timeframe, and accommodate rush requests when necessary.
2. Order Fulfillment:
- Execute orders with meticulous care and a keen eye for detail.
- Proactively communicate with the Fulfillment & Customer Service representative on-call to address any order-related issues or inquiries.
3. Photo Editing:
- Perform basic photo editing tasks such as cropping and enhancing photos.
4. Technical Requirements:
- Provide a home office equipped with a computer, internet connection meeting minimum speed requirements.
5. Remote Work:
- Work efficiently from a home office setting.
6. Schedule Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date schedule and availability on our community Connecteam calendar, following provided guidelines.
7. Timely Responsiveness:
- Ensure availability and responsiveness by accepting or declining an order within 15 minutes of assignment.
8. Other
- Attend team meetings as requested
- Work on assigned projects when time permits
Compensation: Payment is per order. Average order pays approximately $20. You will also receive a training stipend while you learn the ropes!
Career Growth Opportunity: Many of our Creators become Happiness Managers, our front-line customer service experts who are responsible for quality control and assigning orders to our Creators.
